Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

At Amara Furniture, we prioritize the quality and satisfaction of our customers. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Notification: Report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

  • Options Available:

    • Exchange: We will replace the faulty part or product.

    • Refund: Arrange for collection and provide a full refund.

Important Notice:

  • Packaging: Ensure all returning items are adequately packaged. Ideally, use the original packaging to protect the product during return transit. If the original packaging is unavailable, please use appropriate alternative packaging. Failure to do so may result in damage during transit, potentially affecting the refund amount after inspection.

  • Courier Collection: Couriers may refuse to collect items that are not properly packaged.
